Restaurant Night Terms & Conditions:

• Organization must be able to verify a non-profit status upon request.
• Rebate Checks may not be made out to an individual.
• Failure to meet 25 attendees for Restaurant Night may result in disqualification.
• Gift Cards, rewards points, promotions, or other discounts may not be used in conjunction with Restaurant Night Fundraising.
• Restaurant Nights may be restricted to Monday-Thursday.
• Each organization may be limited to 12 Restaurant Nights per calendar year.  

Gift Card Sale Terms & Conditions:

• Organization must be able to verify a non-profit status upon request.
• Rebate Checks may not be made out to an individual.
• Purchases must be made online only. In-store purchases will not count toward fundraising.
• Rewards points, promotions, or other discounts may not be used in conjunction with Gift Card Sale Fundraising.
